Return Policy

Before Applying for Return/Refund!

Make sure:

  • You Apply for Return/Refund within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all the accessories (if any), in same condition as we sent it to you
  • Product has Return/Refund policy, if any product doesn't have return/refund policy then it would be mentioned on product details page

Received Defective/Wrong Product?

If you have received defective product/wrong product (for i.e. size, color etc) by Chill Yaar mistake, or the product is not as per the mentioned description on the website:

  • You can request return and we will issue you refund voucher of same value which you can use for next purchase on Chill Yaar or you can get bank refund (read refund policy and charges below)
  • We will first pickup defective/wrong parcel from your place
  • After receving defective/wrong parcel we will issue refund/voucher once it passes our inspection

You Didn't Like the Product?

If you have received correct product and you didn't like the product then:

  • You can request return and we will issue you refund voucher which you can use for next purchase on Chill Yaar or you can get bank refund (read refund policy and charges below)
  • You will have to send the parcel back to us, parcel sending charges will be borne by you
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded
  • After receving defective/wrong parcel we will issue refund/voucher once it passes our inspection

Refund Policy

If you have want bank refund then following conditions apply:

  • Refund will be issued within 5 working days of receving product back
  • 20% Service/Bank Charges will be deducted from the order amount and rest will be refunded
  • Refund will only be issued via Direct Bank Transfer into Customer's bank account
